Today, it's your choice! Choose to ride with a local guide to see St. Patrick's Cathedral, O'Connell Street, the National Gallery, and the historic Phoenix Park -OR- choose a walking tour of the city's center, explore St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, and the General Post Office. Either way, what follows is an afternoon to discover Dublin's charms on your own. Later, you may join an optional tour to the Guinness Storehouse, followed by dinner at a contemporary restaurant showcasing Irish Cuisine.

Saturday, June 17, 2023 Dublin - Kilkenny - Waterford
Step back in time and begin the day in the medieval splendor of 12th century Kilkenny on the River Nore. Then, in Waterford, embark on a leisurely paced walking tour of Ireland's oldest city. It's your choice! Tour the Waterford Crystal factory and learn how exquisite crystal has been made for centuries -OR- visit the Medieval Museum for a guided tour and glass of wine in the 15th-century Mayor's Wine Vault.

Sunday, June 18, 2023 Waterford - Blarney Stone - Killarney
Live the legend. The Story goes that those who kiss the Blarney Stone gain the gift of eloquence. This morning, give it a shot at historic Blarney Castle. Cross into County Kerry and continue to charming Killarney. Enjoy a traditional jaunting car ride* through Killarney National Park before boarding a boat* and sailing through the breathtaking lakes in the company of an expert boatman. Tuesday, June 20, 2023 Killarney - Cliffs of Moher - Limerick
Today brings you to the dramatic, 700-foot-high Cliffs of Moher for cinematic views of the mighty Atlantic. Continue to Limerick, where a panoramic city tour showcases King John's Castle and the treaty stone. Delve into the fascinating history of the "city of the violated treaty." This evening, you may join an optional tour to a Medieval Banquet dinner hosted in a castle.

Wednesday, June 21, 2023 Limerick - Galway - Limerick
Pass through the windswept, limestone landscape of the Burren, known for its stark beauty and Neolithic tombs. See border collies in action during a traditional sheepdog demonstration. Continue to Galway for a brief tour that showcases "The City of Tribes." Return to Limerick to relax over dinner.

Thursday, June 22, 2023 Limerick - Killbeggan - Kingscourt
You don't have to be a connoisseur to appreciate the old-world heritage of Ireland's whiskey territory. Your journey brings you to Kilbeggan in the heart of Ireland, where a great distillery brings whiskey craftsmanship to life and gives you a taste of the final product. End at Borough market, London's premier Food Market, dating back over 1000 years. You will love independently strolling the small, specialty produce stalls and sumptuous street food traders. The overall activity level of this extension is a level 3. This means walking and standing for longer periods of time (1-2 hours) isn't a big deal for you. You can navigate hills and uneven ground, climb into various modes of transportation (tuk-tuk, cable car, Zodiac, ect.) and could possibly anticipate changes in elevation. You can expect some longer days balanced with free-time to recharge or set out on your own adventure.
Medieval Banquet - Limerick - $115
In a beautiful land of rolling green fields, ancient battlefields and medieval fortresses once inhabited by generations of clansmen, you can conjure up a world filled with lords and ladies, knights and damsels as you experience a true medieval banquet hosted in a real castle! The 15th century magically comes to life the moment you enter the castle. Sip honey-rich mead and admire the ornate tapestries and royal furnishings before sitting down for a sumptuous four-course meal and some fine wine suitable for toasting the royal court. Spirits run high with delightful song and dance performances reminiscent of this unique period. Durations: Approximately 4 hours.

This culinary and cultural adventure begins at the Guinness Storehouse, Ireland's top international visitor attraction. Explore the brewing process behind this beloved beverage and learn how to pour the perfect pint. At its spectacular Gravity Bar, enjoy a sweeping 360 degree view of Dublin as you savor a complimentary pint. Then, indulge in a quintessential Irish dinner at a contemporary restaurant that explores "New Irish Cuisine," serving up cutting-edge dishes using the freshest, local ingredients. This culinary experience will immerse you into the culture of the Emerald Isle. This option will not be offered on St. Patrick's day or Easter Sunday. A deposit of $600 per person is due upon reservation. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations made after the deposit due date of December 08, 2022 are based upon availability. Final payment is due by April 15, 2023. Deposits are refundable up until December 15, 2022.
