Venice

Venice Summary

Located in northeastern Italy the City of Venice is built on over 100 small scattered islands. These islands are all joined by Bridges and disconnected by canals. Often referred to as "The Floating City," "The City of Water," and "The City of Bridges." The city of Venice has been marked as one of the most beautiful and must see cities of the world by The Mesh News and many other travelers around the world. While this city has many names one of the most famous is "The Sinking City." Every year little by little the water levels rise. With a total of 9 inches in the last 100 years it won't be long until the entire city is under water. The primary means of transportation in this city is by gondola. This city has much to offer from museums to classic art. Venice is good for many occasions from honey moons to vacations.
